Refunds


Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalised goods unless faulty and ear-rings cannot be returned. 

Personalised Items

All personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or an error has been made with personalisation.

If an item arrives damaged please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item to enable us to either issue a refund or replacement.

Starlet Jewellery

  • We cannot be held responsible for silver or metal tarnishing whether Sterling or plated. Plated items may wear with time, exposing the base metal. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, metal or otherwise.
  • Please be aware that due to the materials used items may have small objects or sharp parts. Care must be taken when handling, wearing and using such items. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage arising from the misuse or negligent supervision of such items. In particular, such items are not toys are unsuitable for small children. They should be kept out of reach and fully supervised at all times. 
  • Many of our starlet jewellery designs are handmade and therefore very slight variations in design or materials used are to be expected. Furthermore, whilst we have taken the utmost care to represent the colour and appearance of all the materials accurately on this website, due to the variation in computer monitors colours may vary slightly.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onefinedaygiftboutique@yahoo.com 

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us in the first instance at - onefinedaygiftboutique@yahoo.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
